1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Shipping Coverage

Sustaina Store currently offers delivery across India, subject to courier availability and serviceability of the customer's delivery address.

Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability.

1.2 Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Customised, personalised, corporate and bulk orders may require additional processing time. The expected timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

1.3 Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery generally takes:

5 - 7 business days for most locations in India.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, festivals and other circumstances beyond our control.

The delivery timeline is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically agreed in writing.

1.4 Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before confirmation of the order.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product size and weight

  • Number of products ordered

  • Packaging requirements

  • Courier service availability

1.5 Packaging of Terrariums

Terrariums are fragile and contain living plants and natural materials. We take reasonable care to pack each product using appropriate protective packaging.

Despite careful packaging, minor movement of soil, moss, stones or decorative elements may occur during transportation.

Such minor movement does not necessarily constitute product damage.

1.6 Damaged Package on Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Crushed

  • Broken

  • Wet or severely damaged

  • Tampered with

  • Otherwise visibly compromised

please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.

Customers are also encouraged to record an unboxing video.

Any transit-damage claim should be reported to Sustaina Store within 24 hours of delivery.

1.7 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Name

  • House/flat number

  • Street/locality

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Contact number

Sustaina Store will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched.

1.8 Courier Delays

Sustaina Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier providers, extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, public disturbances, government restrictions, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1.9 Living Product Disclaimer

Terrariums contain living plants and natural materials. Changes may occur naturally during and after transportation, including:

  • Condensation

  • Minor leaf movement

  • Temporary drooping

  • Minor changes in colour

  • Natural plant growth

  • Moisture variation

These natural changes do not automatically indicate a defective product.
