At Sustaina Store, every terrarium is carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch.
Because terrariums contain living plants and fragile natural components, we generally do not accept returns based solely on change of mind or personal preference.
However, we are committed to resolving genuine product issues fairly.
2.2 Damaged Products
If your terrarium arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Photographs of the shipping package
Photographs/videos of the damaged product
Unboxing video, wherever available
Description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
Replacement of the product
Replacement of the damaged component
Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund where replacement is not reasonably possible
2.3 Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, Sustaina Store will arrange an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.

Small differences between the product photograph and delivered product
Every terrarium is individually created, and therefore no two terrariums will be exactly identical.

2.7 Customer-Caused Damage
Refund or replacement requests may be declined where deterioration or damage is caused by:

Exposure to extreme temperatures
Prolonged exposure to harsh/direct sunlight
Opening or disturbing a sealed terrarium without following care instructions
Modification of the terrarium

2.8 Customised and Personalised Products
Customised, personalised and specially designed terrariums may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has commenced, except where the product is defective, damaged during transit or incorrectly supplied.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Depending on the payment gateway and banking institution, refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

1.5 Packaging of Terrariums
Terrariums are fragile and contain living plants and natural materials. We take reasonable care to pack each product using appropriate protective packaging.
Despite careful packaging, minor movement of soil, moss, stones or decorative elements may occur during transportation.
Such minor movement does not necessarily constitute product damage.
1.6 Damaged Package on Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears:
Crushed
Broken
Wet or severely damaged
Tampered with
Otherwise visibly compromised
please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
Customers are also encouraged to record an unboxing video.
Any transit-damage claim should be reported to Sustaina Store within 24 hours of delivery.
